launcher is freezing upon startup

I'm having an issue where the launcher is freezing upon startup. I just bought the $15 for 1 year. I wanted to try out all the features but, I can't seem to get it to work.

Hi,

Please contact me directly regarding your purchase. Otherwise, I think you may have found a bug (which I can likely fix).

It looks like your in an unusual view mode which may be causing a problem.

If you not invested time setting things up please uninstall GameEx, delete the folder then install again.

So I try setting it up. I don't even know what I'm doing. Its not as simple as retroarch and Steam Big Picture mode. I was looking for something like Big Picture Mode just with more customization. I'm still experiencing freezes every time I exit a menu for 11min.

Your log looks very strange. Not sure what is going on. Looks like your running two versions at the same time or there is an issue with your display adapter.

What exactly did you configure or do? Did you delete the folder after uninstalling?
