New PC, can't find registration key.

Howdy.  I built a new PC but now that I'm going to reinstall all of the emulation stuff, I've discovered I don't have the actual file for GameEx.  (I have the email in 1Password which talks about the file, but... not the file.  Yes.  I'm that good.)

I wasn't able to find a location on the website to have it resent.  What are my options?  Not necessarily against repurchasing, if that's necessary.  (Heck, if I'm being honest I would've already repurchased it but I'm avoiding wife aggro about my credit card.)
