societyab
I am using a "lite" version of windows. (I own a legit copy of Win7) because a full install requires almost 30 gigs and I have the whole system running off a 64 gig ssd Easy to backup and cheap to replace. So it might be something you implemented along the line that uses dlls I'm missing? Wouldn't it throw an error or something?
Tom Speirs
It still looks funky. Lite version or not. It could be older version of bass.dll. Try replacing that file from older version.
Draco1962
Generally speaking, we have discouraged using "lite" versions of Windows OS's over the years for this very reason of it generating one off errors that nobody else encounters due to library dependencies that are specific to the frontend. Tom may be able to fix this issue, but no guarantees that others may not crop up over time as the program evolves.
societyab
Well I have installed Pinballx 14 times and the winner is version 3.43 I should have gone older to newer. lol Tom, I tried switching 4.01 and 3.42 bass.dll files. Problem still there. I understand that using Windows "lite" is probably the problem. I think I'll just have to go without the video loading. I was just hoping it was something simple. Tom Speirs
Seems to be an issue with Windows 7. I can duplicate it. Looking into it now.
