Last few weeks having problems running mod keep getting:
"The server is not responding, either it's under maintenance or down, please try again later...
If you want to use the mod without an internet connection, please make sure that OfflineData.Arcooda file exists in the mod folder."

I can not make OfflineData.TPA file without loading mod.

Anyone have copy of OfflineData.TPA file for current version or a way around this problem?

Ask NoEx if he has issues with his server on his forum. 

Thats a better place to ask. 

I will check today if I have the latest version, if so, I will send it to you ( I'm still on an older version of TPA)

EDIT : I saw you posted it on TPA forum as well. I also got a server offline, so think that NoEX needs to do something

NoEx fixed his issue on his server, and I'm able to download it
