Not Starting with WIndows

Wondering what I am missing,  I have the config setting set to Yes to start with windows.  But it just sits at the desktop.  I have toggled it, ran it as admin can;t get anything to make it work.  Thanks for any ideas.

Please attach your pinballx.ini and log.txt files.

Thanks I will later once I boot it up.  I did find a work around i went to cmd and shell:startup and put in a shortcut
