Hi guys, I have seen a few videos with Pinball X and a sleek colored background wheel setup opposed to the default larger wheel setup.

Like te wheel selector here -

How is this possible?

I think you're referring to the wheel underlay. If so you want an underlay.png file in C:\Pinballx\Media\Images\
