Don't know. Does the error you are reporting occur when you run it directly through your emulator (assuming you are running MAME)?

If it occurs when launching directly via MAME, then it is not a GameEx issue.

Please launch via MAME and report back. Thanks.

I found the problem. After I deleted the artwork folder everything was fine again. Replaced the artwork and everything is working great.

Glad you got things sorted! BTW, which artwork folder was it that you deleted?
