Themes download fizzles out

I tried using the option on the installer as well as going to and grabbing the themes.7z file. Neither will complete downloading. I've tried this from work and home and the result is the same. No magic number when it quits either. "Two different systems two different places."

Anyone else seeing this?

Are you running any programs behind it (like downloading big files?)

I mentioned this before also, but when I did a full download of GameEx and had the installer download the themes, it fizzled out again about 10 megs in... However, I got the updated icons Tom added anyway.

The Themes.7z file on the download page is not downloading properly - maybe it's just me?
