PinballX 3.03 64bit DirectB2S in Front end broken

Hi,

Just upgraded to PinballX3.03 64bit version. It seems that it could not display DB2S in backglass anymore.

Win10 64bit, Ryzen5, 16G ram, gtx970 ,two monitor cabinet.

I cannot find any problems in log files

Probably a good idea to attach your pinballx.ini and log.txt files anyway when reporting an issue for assistance.

May not be the same problem for you. Attach copies of your pinballx.ini and log.txt files.

I believe its because b2s is not a 64 bit application. Not much can be done about this as far as I know. Does the 32bit version work?

Actually some of them work. I'm using B2s Server Version 1.3.0.1 .

For example quicksilver b2s file version 1.2 not working.

Maybe some codec problem?

so it's partially broken older version of pinballx works fine with all of them.....

I tried but still same problem. It shows pinball x animation not the b2s in some tables. Should i upload not working b2s? They are bigger than 7,81

If it shows the pbx animation then its not matching the filenames. Doubt its a bug.

My bad, B2s setting was false and videos work.

64bit version all of them are black and  32bit version works fine. Have to make screen grabs for those not working backglasses.

If you still wish tou use the 64 bit version you can copy that exe over.

Hmmm following this thread and using the updated exe with pinballx 3.28 x64 doesnt work with useb2s=true. 32bit works as expected but is noticeably slower loading media when switching games in the menu. Is there anything else I can try?

Issue is B2S is 32-bit and will not work properly with the 64-bit version of PinballX.

Thank you for the reply, I was hoping that a workaround had been discovered. I'll switch back to static backglass images until a solution surfaces.

You're welcome. If a 64-bit B2S comes out it should make things better for all.
