I have Pinball Arcade setup to launch the TPA free camera mod from PinballX. Is there a config that automatically accepts the pinballarcade11.exe confirmation of launch from TPA nag window? Also, are there settings for hitting enter at the main screen when TPA starts?

Also, I've noticed there is a screen rotate routine that runs automatically when TPA launches that flips back when exiting. Is there a way to do the same for select PC Games?

Bumping this thread. I have the same issue with the “allow launch” when booting from PinballX.
