GameEx exits game with "Back Pressed, exiting emulator" on second game

Weirdly, playing any retroarch emulator game works well, however, exiting that and launching another ROM gives a black screen then:

If I then exit GameEx and relaunch it, I can launch the game correctly, but launching a second game encounters the same issue.

GameEx seems to think an exit button was pushed and kills the process...

Any thoughts?

What happens when you launch it outside of GameEx? You may want to attach copies of your gameex.ini and log.txt files in your reply to the thread.
