game manager not importing any media from online (I am a subscriber)

I reinstalled everything on my computer from scratch - started trying to set up pinballx and download media for new tables. Nothing gets imported.

You may want to attach copies of your pinballx.ini and log.txt files for review.

Be aware that there may not be media available for all tables, so knowing what tables for which you're missing media may be of help. Attaching a copy of your xml may help as well.

Ive had a similar problem and found i need to click the import button on/off a few times then it worked.
