How to disable video themes?

I'm running GameEX on a pretty sub-par PC and the ONLY thing killing performance for me is the video themes.

Is there a way I can disable this via settings without deleting them from my folders?

You could try zipping the files within the existing folder or change the path to the themes to an empty folder.
