I've finally found the template on the forum (I've seen it a while ago but couldn't find it ...)

 

So I'll make them properly and upload them ASAP 

 

 

EDIT : Since PinballArcade lost its Williams/Bally licence (acquired by Zen for PFX3), Stern PinballArcade is depreciated and integrated in regular PinballArcade, so I'll make them with PinballArcade logo
