[RESOLVED] My VIDEOS PLAY Then Immediately Stop... Why

anyone? it didnt used to do this...it used to play randomly all day long. now it plays for a half a sec and returns to the gameex menu. Plz help

Please try disabling refresh rate matching under multimedia settings.

i dont see refresh rate matching in HTPC/ Multimedia Settings at all. im updated to the latest version

Can you please attach a complete copy of your gameex.ini? It doesn't look right to me.

"Change display refresh frequency" is the setting.

Its Already set to No. sorry it took me so long to post. i had to work. Here U go. this time it like played like 2 videos then it switched to a black screen all night till i hit the esc key to escape out of the frontend.

Just so I am clear are you talking about playing random videos or the screensaver?

Could you also please search the start menu for "about your pc", open it and let me know the full version number of windows 10?

I've found the issue. Its a bug and is fixed for the next release.
