[RESOLVED in 14.91] Setup Wizard Issue

Any of you fella's know what this means?

I recently switched to Intel Kaby Lake Platform and I am doing a fresh install but get this popup when I am browsing the setup wizard

Is your machine fully updated with Windows Updates and the optional ones?

You might need some Microsoft Visual C++ or framework packages.

Can also confirm the latest release has fixed this error in the wizard. I would get this when moving away from the Display Setting tab or when trying to skip over it.
