pinballfx2 tables not showing in pinballx

Hi have set mysystem up and installed pinballfx2, when i go into the pinballx menu not all the tables i have purchased show up can any one give me any pointers to the issue please.

Likely you have not entered the new tables via Game Manager. Unfortunately, they do not update themselves and require some manual labor to get them up and running, as do most of the pins. 

You may want to refer to the guide attached to this thread for setting up your tables and media.
