GameEx and GameEx arcade edition 14.77 released. Just a minor update. Now shows the loading image when running full screen exclusive. There is now a global launching image that can be displayed when launching a game. Theme/Media/Launching.png. I fthis file exists it will be shown.

@Tom Speirs Which systems is the Launching graphic supposed to be displayed for? I was able to it with the integrated Mame, but not the emulators. Also, should it work with Daphne as well?

Its just a global image right now across anything that is launching including Dapnhe (which I tested). No video but an animated GIF should work.

EDIT: If its not showing up its most likely that the emulator is just launching quick enough to bypass it. I did not add any kind of delay or pause.

I can confirm that the animated gif works. As for it not being seen during faster loads, this is also confirmed. I intentionally opened a bunch of apps to slow my system down to see part of the animation in action.

Also wanted to point out that the setting to hide desktop needs to be enabled for emulators in order for the image to show. This is off by default in order to lessen support requests about black screens.
