Is there a way to reduce or change flipper sound when browsing tables

I don't mind the flipper sound when browsing the wheel, but is there a way to reduce just that sound without changing volume for everything else?

PinballX is very customizable. You could change the sound files themselves.

If you prefer the sounds but want to reduce the volume, there are plenty of freeware applications that allow for editing the volume and resave the file.

I use Audacity for audio editing. Open source freeware.

When you open the file, you'll see a - + on the left for gain. Slide to the left until you get the volume you like, then save the file.
