GameEx Arcade - Steam games and other emulators?

I am new to GameEx, and I have started with installing GameEx Arcade, as I am using an arcade cabinet as my machine.  I have set up Mame games on GE Arcade without any issue, but I'm not sure how to add other emulators (ie ZSNES).  The setup wizard only seems to mention Daphne, Zinc, Model 2 & 3, so I'm not sure if those are the only emulators I can add in GameEx Arcade?  Can I add Steam games into GameEx Arcade as well?

GameEx Arcade is presently supporting the arcade systems you mentioned. If you wish to enable Steam games, you will need to use regular GameEx.
