Running Pinball FX2 in Steam Offline Mode Automatically

Santa just delivered a new cabinet for Christmas and PinballX is working great with showing tables from Pinball FX2 and launching them.  The only problem is that I run my cabinet not connected to the internet - I know, I know, 2016 and all that but basically the only reason why I don't is that my cabinet doesn't have a built-in wifi and the dongle wifi I use sticks out of the front of the cab and the kiddos keep knocking it around when they play.  And I guess I like not seeing it out there to give that more 'authentic' look.

It seems there there have been other people asking for this but I haven't found a definitive answer on how to do this either here or other places.  Several recommended using AHK to write a script to close the window either when launching tables or as part of Windows startup but that doesn't work as just closing the window doesn't correspond with 'start in offline mode'.  And yes, I did connect to Steam and chose to go in offline mode and restarted.  But the notification dialog still comes up the first time you launch a table.

Is AHK still the answer and instead of closing the window you click the appropriate button?  Is there a steam.exe parameter to launch silently or without the offline prompt?

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

I am not aware of a silent command line parameter for Steam. As for staying connected, I use an Ethernet cable connected via a Ethernet over powering adapter. You have to have these in at least a pair so you can connect one to the router and the other where needed.

Thanks for replying.  Unfortunately no internet is connection available for the cabinet, wired or wireless - at least I don't want it to be.  Steam is okay with this except for the fact that I want to some how automatically bypass the 'Steam is offline' prompt.  Or at the very least have some process automatically select the 'OK/Continue' button without me having to use a mouse to hit the button manually.  Or to not see it at all by telling Steam not to do that - unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a -silent or -offline command line parameter.
