[RESOLVED] GameEx Arcade 14.69 - background and theme video fade issue

I have noticed when going from one game that has a video theme to one that doesn’t the previous video partially fades out and the default background video partially fades in.

If I click on my second monitor somewhere, Arcade will minimize to the task bar  (normal behavior), but when I click on it to maximize, the default background is showing, which it should on games without a theme video.

So the behavior noted in the first paragraph shouldn't happen in my opinion,  as it appears kinda sloppy on my setup.
