 The FTP is a feature available to subscribed users. Keep in mind that as a Basic User, you are only able to upload. If you want full access, you will need to pay for a membership.

You are a basic member and you can upload. Use the recommended FTP manager Filezilla. Very easy to use once you have it configured.
