I'm a little confused with this feature. I can see the bezel if I click the bezel option before playing the game. However the bezel does not show during actual play. Is this a Gamex config or mame? I do have use bezel for vert games turned on in gameEx. I did notice it said something about being registered version to use? Or is that to edit the bezel. I'm a little confused. Can a bezel also be used for horizontal games like sf2ce in game?

Well I fixed my problem sorta once again. If I use mame32 with GameEx then bezels show. If I use Mame cmd version then no go. It must be set via a cmd option in an ini I presume?
