I played with it a bit yesterday. It looks like there are two new wheel views for everywhere except the start page. They only appear on the right side and I did not see any configuration in the Setup Wizard or the Theme Editor for changing where the wheel is (unless you want to try rotating the screen). I was also thinking about the possibilities of how the wheel view might look like it it was along the bottom with the videos, description, etc above...but I doubt I will dig into theming again.
