Pinball FX2 BG videos "classic"

BG videos cannot be played within PBFX2 itself. Only via PnballX... as you found out...

So these videos can only be seen when scrolling through the tables and not when actually playing?! Man that stinks hopefully zen studios fixes that.

You can set Pinballx to keep the video on the screen when pinballfx loads. Set pinballfx to not display a back glass image and let pinballx keep its shown.

Will that mess up the visual pinball db2s back glass?

It's a table specific option within your pinballx setup application. The show and hide checkboxes for back glass allow a back glass media to be kept shown after the application and table are loaded. You would want it unchecked to show the back glass media for pinballfx tables and hidden for other applications

It's within the game manager app

At the moment I am despreately seeking for a backglass image for Bio Lab to start with, but the ones (or one) out there are not so good. Maybe, if you found something better, I'd appreciate, if you shared it.

I think the place to look will be the new VR releases.

Possibly decompiling the data for the VR game would allow access to the base image. But that's probably under copyright, no?

Maybe this is sufficiant to add some PBFX2 Logos and some lights.

@humor4fun for Secrets of the Deep, I think I will not make another one. Problem with the other source is, that quality is always very poor.
