Attract mode backglass 1/2 blank?

PBX attract mode generally runs perfectly, but after a while the bottom 1/2 of the backglass goes to black, while the top 1/2 still displays and rotates correctly with the tables.

I run a mix of PNG and video as my backglass and my initial thought is that it could be tripping over a video? (just guessing)  

Has anyone seen this problem before?

Sometimes, I will see something similar. 1/2 is not black but I can see the windows that are open behind the backglass image. For me, it is very rare and a restart will take care of it.

Thanks.  I updated them and it seems to have solved the problem.
