v2.19 - Crashing on menu when paging through table groupings

Hi - PinballX 2.19 is crashing when paging through groups of table within Pinball FX2.  Below is my log.txt file:

Unfortunately it doesn't exactly point to the table where the string is in error. It crashes regardless of the direction I move the wheel into the Football tables section. The XML loads fine in Game Manager. I have also attached my Pinball FX2.xml file for review. Any help is appreciated.

Do you have any special characters or symbols in the xml entry for that table?

Actually I have poured through it and nothing stands out. On further investigation, It only occurs when I hit the button assigned to page through groupings (i.e. from Marvel, to Zen titles, then to Super League tables, etc.). If I advance one table at a time, no problem. If there were an odd character then I would think that it would crash on an individual table.

A little more detail and some stuff that doesn't seem right:

- The usual page grouping display order was as follows prior to upgrading and setting up Visual Pinball: Marvel  (Pinball FX2 tables) - Pinball Arcade tables - Star Wars (Pinball FX2 tables) - Super League Football (Pinball FX2 tables) - Zen (all other Pinball FX2 tables).

- The assumption I have is that, with the addition of Visual Pinball, the page order would follow alphabetically: Marvel  (Pinball FX2 tables) - Pinball Arcade tables - Star Wars (Pinball FX2 tables) - Super League Football (Pinball FX2 tables) - Visual Pinball tables - Zen (all other Pinball FX2 tables). This order is showing correctly.

- The behaviour when I page right follows this order except that the Super League Football tables are being skipped altogether so going from Star Wars (Pinball FX2 tables) to Visual Pinball tables. If I hit the page right button again, I go to the beginning of the Zen (all other Pinball FX2 tables). Hitting the Page Right button at this point causes PinballX to close entirely. This happens as well with Page Left and at the same group.

- Using the Next Left and Next Right buttons through all tables works correctly with no PinballX crash.

So something is amiss, at least on my system, with how the menus are being loaded and the groupings indexed. I have checked through the database .xml files for both Pinball FX2 and Visual Pinball and have found no odd characters or strings out of place.

UPDATE : The error with the menu is still occurring with v2.21. I also noticed that one of my VP 9 tables is appearing twice-once where it should with the other VP9 tables, the other in the Pinball FX2 tables. No errors in any of the xml files.
