I have the "Exit GameEx if Home button pressed" option enabled however, it is still not exiting gameex when I press the home button on my remote. This is also causing other complications with other games, such as Prince of Persia The Two Thrones.that refueses to stop launching Media Center regardless how many times I unpatch it or reinstall it.

Any suggestions?

Check the Media Center mode setting. What's it set at?

Can't find that setting anywhere. I did pay for the software & update it whenever they are available.
