Game EX launches to black screen - Windows 10 Insider Preview

The one thing I have found that causes this to happen is when I launch it with 2 of the same controllers connected I get a black screen.  If I turn off the controllers (they are wireless) it starts displaying.  Then I can turn one on and use it no problem.  However, when turning on the second controller again GameEx freezes until I turn them both off.

What I am using:

- Microsoft Xbox wireless adapter

- Two Xbox One wireless controllers

I split your post from the original thread as you are running an insider Preview version which may or may not be complete and I cannot guarantee that we will be able to troubleshoot as it is not an "official build or release." Can we get your gameex.ini file as well, please? Thanks!
