nullPointer
Hi emwizard and welcome to the GameEx forums! Allow me to be the first to say, wow there is a lot wrong with this post! First you posted in the Convert-It Support forum, which won't do much good in terms of getting assistance for GameEx. Please be aware of where you're posting in the future. (It's your first post so I'm sure we can cut you some slack ) Secondly though, a partial log dump really doesn't do much in terms of providing helpful information to help you troubleshoot your issue. What was happening when this error occurred? What OS are you using? What kind of hardware are you running? There are the sorts of details that can help us to assist you more quickly. Also please provide the full contents of your log, as well as your GameEx.ini. Please refer to the GameEx Help link in my signature if you are unsure of how to access that information. Thanks man, and good luck!
stigzler
Welcome emwizard. Just a thought - did you try the things suggested there in that log? I know codecs can be a bit of a not so obvious requirement, so wondering whether you have there installed? Not sure myself which ones you're meant to have - used to be Shark. I've just recently stared a fresh install and used K-Lite, which seem to work OK.
Draco1962
I prefer the LAV codecs that Tom has provided a link to here. I have uninstalled Shark007 and have actually seen some improvement.
