@wrd1972 -  At this point, we need to be troubleshooting the latest version. Please upgrade to 2.14 and respond with updated copies of your pinballx.ini and log.txt files. If upgrading resolves the errors, please notify us as well. Thanks!

I am using 2.14 now. The logs from above are also from 2.14.

Thanks, found your files in this post. What about your VP xml file(s)? You provided a copy of the Setup Wizard.xml file but that isn't going to help much.

Update:

Seems the problem is still here. On only tables that are rather large in size (MBs), the DB2S backglasses will not load and you get the ding and error window.  However if you run PinballX.exe as administrator. There is now hit or miss chance it will load. This worked several times in a row. Then stopped working like before.

Tables and backglasses still run flawlessly from the PBX game manager or the VP editor. Just not trhough Pinballx.exe.

It appears that every table of 100MB or larger in size has this issue.

Just took another look at your log file and noticed you are running Win 7 x64 with only 4GB of RAM. This seems a little on the weak side. While 2GB RAM meets the minimum system requirements for Windows 7 x64, I wonder if it may be a little under-powered for what you are running wint PinballX, various vesions of VP snd DB2S, Pinball FX2, etc. I may be off-base here.

Just installed 8GB from another Dell T3400. Problem remains.

I made sure that "hide DMD" and Hide "Backglass" were both checked in the manager. And now it appears that all of my problematic tables are loading their backglasses but one. The VP10 Knorr Demolition Man still wont load its backglass. But it will load from the "launch" button in the manager. What do these two functions really do anyway? When selecting or deselecting, I am not seeing in changes when PBX is running.

I don't run VP yet, but I seem to recall that hide DMD and hide back glass have to be selected when using B2S. If all but one table are working then you may have resolved the original issue.
