Why Is Pressing Start, (With Joystick) Exiting The Emulator Or Frontend Now????

I Have Two Afterglow Xbox 360 Controllers Plugged Into My Machine. they always stay in B/C i cant keep opening the back of the arcade to reach the PC to unplug them. the've been in my pc for months and months now working just fine. All of a sudden whatever im playing, gamecube, nintendo, in the menus, watching movies in gameex, etc, the start button on my joystick exits out of the emulator or FE instead of going on through when i press start. its like joystick start is the escape key now. i went to the settings to disable the joystick in the menu, and cleared the global joystick area for joysticks. no results. Now I can't push start at all if im using the arcade. and its extremely necessary. weird. never had to worry about this before. attachments below. plz help

nevermind. I:E, dont have a pinnacle game profile loaded while using gameex

Were you able to load Pinnacle Game Profiler and resolve the issue?
