VladDracul
Hello,I have a monitor and a TV, both set up via HDMI. I am trying to run these as duplicate monitors so people don't have to look over the players shoulders on the arcade. GameEx starts fine in this mode but as soon as I launch a game I get a black screen. I can hear the sounds going so everything is running but I can't get a display. I am using MAME 0.168, Steam, and ZSNES. Is there a switch on GameEx I need to hit or do I have to manipulate each emulator somehow? Also, if I run games from the emulators themselves without GameEx, it works perfectly.Thank you! Kustom Kid
I'm taking a stab in the dark here, but do you have "Hide OS" enabled?
Draco1962
My guess is that GameEx needs to have a monitor to call its own, despite cloning of the displays. Disable HideOS via the Setup Wizard to see if this has any impact. You may also want to provide copies of your gameex.ini and log.txt files when reporting an issue. Click on the GameEx How to ask for help link in my signature for instructions on where to find the files and how to submit them for review. stigzler
Every front end should have a monitor to call its own, especially at christmas...
