disco74
Hi GuysI am having trouble with Demul. I have setup separate configs for Naomi and atomiswave. Some of the game load straight from GameEX but others when selected you get taken out of GameEX and a game selection screen from Demul appears. Then you have to select the game again? An example would be Powerstone 1 & 2. Is there a way to get GameEX to load these games and others without being taken to the Demul game selection screen? Many Thanks in advance

disco74
Sorry. Forgot I had to do that here. Please see below. so I have gone to emulated games/Naomi-demul, and picked 'Powerstone' from the games list. I have game info on so I have to usually select 'play game' but instead of that I get a list of file names within the roms .zip file. This I think is because there is no .bin file within the .zip(I have tried several different versions of powerstone and haven't found one with a bin file yet) I get a choice of one epr and 8 mpr files which have a file extension of .ic. When I select one of them(doesn't matter which) I get taken out of GameEX and am presented with a Demul game selection screen? I then select 'Powerstone' from the Demul screen and the game loads up fine. Many Thankslog.txtGameEx.ini
Draco1962
Let's take a look at your emulator config file for this as well. Link in my signature will show you how to provide. Thanks!
Adultery
Pardon my ignorance here, but don't you just feed demul the rom name? If so you probably need to turn "games in zips/7-zip/rar" off, set the filter to "*.zip" and pass your loader the Rom variable (I haven't looked at how your actually launching it). I thought the GameEx cmd line was something like:demul.exe -run=naomi -rom=[rom]

Adultery
As I mentioned, your ROM filter is blank (should be *.zip here) and your games in 7-zips option is set to true (should be false). You should start there.

Draco1962
Many have put analog sticks in cabs. If you check at byoac.com as well as the Gamer Cabs subforum I am sure you can find some good ideas.
