I will point you to this conversation regarding the GameEx 14.0 update as relates to the LAV filters and those who already have Shark007 installed (which also includes LAV filters).

There is nothing you need to do with your current setup. I chose to uninstall Shark007 and go strictly with the LAV filters installed (link on the pinballx.net site) to minimize all the stuff I have installed on my rig.
