How can I make my personal layout? Is there any tutorial about it?

I'd wait for evo - i'm guessing not too long now - rather than learn theme creation and then have to re-learn it for the new version. Just my 2c

Now, I want make a custom layout and I don't worry to learn in this version of GameEX.
When Evo come, I'll learn again if it's necessary.

Please, do you know any tutorial about it?

Sadly, I don't think there is a guide.

The best thing I can suggest is that you open Theme Editor and start a new theme based upon one of the already created themes that is close to the layout and resolution you would like and play around with the various options. As Stigzler has noted there isn't a tutorial. Most of us just started playing with existing themes until we caught on.
