Yes. The key should be in the 'My Products' area of the catalog:

Your Profile > Client Area > Products

Go to Store|Manage Purchases. If you see Convert-it there, then you have a free license to copy & paste into your install of the product.

Keep in mind that you are responding 2 years after the promotion was announced and that ended July 31, 2015.

Since you didn't become a member until July 2, 2016, the offer expired before you could claim it.
