A couple of days ago I found these great intro videos I'd like to use in GameEx.

The vids are called "The Games That Time Forgot" and there is a long and a short version. I would like to try both in GameEx and was wondering if anyone could tell me how to convert them from .mov files into .mpg or .avi. Or if anyone out there would be kind enough to convert them for me.

There is also a desktop wallpaper to accompany these vids which can be found here if anyone else was interested. It would also make a nice background for GameEx.

Here's a guide for converting MOV to AVI. I tried it on one of the clips from the website that you linked and it worked fine. I used the Xvid codec and set the bitrate to 2500 kbps. The resulting AVI was about the same size and quality as the MOV.
