Jukebox will now look in the song folder for folder.png/jpg and album.png/jpg album art before attempting to download. Not entirely sure whether it was WMP that downloaded these but on my system I already have folder.jpg images and there hidden

The Forum news feed is now included when selecting News from the application. Great for keeping up with whats going on without reaching for a keyboard!

For registered users theres now an option under Basic MAME settings, to have GameEx dynamically create and use Bezel artwork for vertical games running on a horizontal display. Click the help link in the config app for more info

Edit: Installed and tested. I can't get it to work for games that already didn't have it before (drivers after 0.77).

My guess: Since I've used artwork before, there's a conflict between the auto creation and my "artwork" folder somehow? I've tried turning off artwork in my mame.ini (actually in MAME32+ misc tab) but this only resulted in no artwork at all.

Also tried with AdvanceMAME, but I get cropped artwork (only some of the blue vertical border is showing).

Will do more testing now (moving the artwork folder) or where does GameEx store the created artwork files?

Edit 2: Does GameEx create the needed bezels in the background or something? Because I noticed that the artwork folder only contained a couple of .zip files when I looked and I guess I interrupted the process when exiting GameEx "prematurely". Perhaps in some future version you could add a screen saying "Bezels for vertical games are being created, please wait" or something.

Btw, will bezels for new games be updated when gamelist is updated?
