I have the GBA game list but ever time i try i get an error?

With pce like to know where to get game list i have game in folder by location

like example usa jap world

Nes game list and comfig ?

Snes SAME AS NES ?

Any and all help will be nice a step by step will be the best but any info will be nice

How do i get these to to work ?
