I have a SlikStik Classic controller with dual side pinball buttons. I was wondering - is there some way to exit out of MAME32 games using the GameEx front-end? I have tried several button combinations with no effect. I would like not to use the keyboard escape key everytime I want to exit out of a game from MAME32 using the GameEx front-end. Please help!

I don't own a SlikStick (yet), but I have seen the option to enable this. If you look in the folder "Program Files\GameEx\CONFIG\EMULATORS" you will see some ".ini" files. I believe you should copy or create one and name it something like "silkstick.ini". Under the "General" area, make sure the slikstick option is set to "true". Then I believe you need to use the GameEX configuration program, and in each of your emulators options add this file (last page of options for each emu).

hope this helps.

Actually my six-year-old daughter accidentally figured it out for me. It's the player two coin button and the player two start button pushed at the same time.

Thanks for the assist.

Its the same for HotRod and X Arcade too. GameEx has support for all these controllers built into it. Although for MAME you need to tell it your using the controller in the cmd options.
