Does anyone have any recommendations for where I can find some files for the Karaoke portion of gameex? Are there free ones or what is the cost for them if paid or can you buy them in a package?

As Draco said and also you're looking for "synced lyrics" not the plain text ones (if you want them to scroll with the song). A useful term to know: .LRC In case you were unaware, you can embed these files directly into your mp3's using any good ID3 tag editor
