Settings not being saved

Every time I change a setting, such as where to find my MP3s/Movies, it refuses to save them. It constantly displays the old MP3/Movies.

Another issue is whenever the GameEx launches, it briefly goes back to desktop where I have to click to open it again.

When reporting a possible GameEx bug or error, please submit a copy of your log.txt and gameex.ini file so we may quickly assist you. Please refer to this link for additional information.

You may want to check out your permissions for the gameex folder and subfolders. If it and the gameex.ini file is set to read only, then your settings will not save.

I'v enever chased this one down properly, but I think there may be a thing about having GameEx and the settings wizard open at the same time. I'm sure I'v emade changes in settings wizard whilst GE open and the settings haven't been changed. What works for me: only use Settings Wizard when GE closed.
