So my setup works 100% when playing games. My only issue is that when I leave the pinball machine alone to go into demo mode, after about 10-15 minutes in demo mode it always seems to freeze. Could this be a memory issue, video issue, etc? I currently have the one video card running the playfield and backbox. I am getting a 2nd card to run the backbox monitor and DMD screen separately.

Specs:

Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550

G.Skill Ripjaws 8GB DDR3 1333mhz

Nvidia GTX 460 1GB

Western Digital Raptor 150GB 10,000RPM

Windows 7 64-bit

I'll get a copy of the log file, but I don't think it will show anything. Also, I need to clarify, the whole computer freezes, not just the program. I then need to restart the computer.

Check out your event logs then via Event Viewer. You may find the offending app(s)/process(es) listed there as well.

I only found one recurring error

Log name- Application

Source- WMI

Event ID- 10

Level- Error

User- N/A

OpCode- Info

Task Category- None

Keywords- Classic

Event filter with query "SELECT" FROM_InstanceModificationEvent WITHIN 60 WHERE TargetInstance ISA "WIN32_Processor" AND TargetInstance.LoadPercentage >99" could not be reactivated in namespace "//./root/CIMV2" because of error 0x80041003. Events cannot be delivered through this filter until the problem is corrected.

I don't think that's gonna help, just how to fix that error.

You should still try it first, just to rule it out.

Ok, well just for $hits and giggles I did increase the pagefile size. And I also updated the video drivers, even though the driver I had was only a few months old. Anyway, it's been running in demo mode now for over 30 minutes without a freeze. We'll see if it makes it over an hour, but so far so good!
