Hope this has not been asked or requested before. I could not find anything about it but I only did a few quick searches.

I have a feature request for PinballX.

I have my tables in subfolders in the tables catalog.

For example:

C:/Games/Visual Pinaball/Tables/Attack from Mars (JPSalas) FS/

So it would be nice if PinballX did a recursive search into at least one layer of sub folders under the Tables folder.

I have not tried this but.......it is implemented in version 1.73:

Supports tables in folders.

Support for the unity 3D file extension.

Game List Manager filters out non relevant files when listing tables.

Hi SEALen and welcome to the PinballX forums! If you don't mind, please post your feature request in the dedicated forum for PinballX Enhancement and Feature Requests. This is the repository that the author reviews. Thanks!

Ok, sorry about that. I guess I didn't expect the enhancement thread to be in the Pinned and Hot Topics forum so I didn't even read the subtext for that forum.. I will post correctly next time.

Not a problem. The Pinned and Hot Topics forum is probably the first place anyone new to PinballX should check out as it has a wealth of info and we are building more there as the software& users contributing matures.

Just a reminder that if you plan on having the program PINemHI score keeper program installed and working, it can't navigate sub-folders anyway. It is best not to use sub-folders. My solution was to to create a secondary folder system where I could just stored the complete table package for future reference, but then I dragged the essential table files out of it and put them in the Tables folder.
