@gStAv Have you made a write up on how you are making the tables sounds of yours ? If I knew the exact steps, programs used and settings you are using it would be easier to help you out complementing your great work. I've said it before, it isn't the same browsing PBX without your work and now there is a few holes I would love to fill. But, I would love to know a bit more about your process if possible. Find it kind of essential that the sound level is the same as yours.

Don't expect any updates in the next time.

I think he used the Program Pinnacle or something like this, I asked him some time ago too.

Someone else told me that you can do it easy with the Pinsound Software from pinsound.org, never tried it becouse i am still creating around 1000 round Wheels for all my tables

Thanks again friend.

I actually wrote instructions on the first page in this thread :)

"Recorded in WavePad Sound Editor ME and has been normalized to -1.5dB with a fade out in the end with a lenght around 35 sec."

So that's how I record it.

I can do files still, but Calcium's list is a big task to tackle atm as I got very limited time working on this now as I just got my 2nd pin baby (6 week old girl)

but pm me a list whit the most important from the top down and I have a look at it.

Cheers

Added 2 more ;-) Dragon Ball Z and Junkyard Cats. Javier sets the download folder for tables to private but i can send you both when you are ready anytime.

Thanks friend.

No need for the B2S I think.

would love to have as much linked from the list as possible. maybe you could send to most important ones at least.

Dropbox / Mega or something :)

Cheers

Thanks again for all of the wonderful audio, really makes PinballX complete.  If you are taking requests now-a-days, a new VPX Freddy A Nightmare on Elm Street was recently released.  And congratulations.

I know you did a Comet one as well but that is only on the FTP.  I let my subscription lapse (well really it didn't auto-renew like I thought it would) and I currently don't have access.  If anyone wants to be a kind soul and make it available, I would appreciate it!  Thanks.

thanks for the kind words Pike13.

I've done the Freddy table previously from the vp9, but as it have the same ROM there's no need to do it again. (also have launch audio for it if I remember correctly)

Here's all and more pal

MegaLink Table Audio + round wheel media thanks to Joerg Schiffer :)

Thanks!  Man, sorry I missed something you already created, I couldn't find it when doing a search for some reason - usually I just search in the thread but I must have screwed something up.

And thanks to Joerg Schiffer as well!

I have an idea and take it for what it is worth - create a master list that you can link to in your first post and forum signature. That way we will know what has been created and those that are mindful will check there first before asking for something that has already been created.

Hi Gustav,

thanks for creating this cool archive over recent years, I'm so glad I came across it. I am probably missing something, but I have been browsing through many pages of archived conversations, and I am trying to figure out how to extract sound files from game ROMs and convert to mp3 or wav, besides just the game music. For example I would like to be able to pull the sounds from various switch hits, or voice samples that run during modes. I would like to make my own little sample libraries for various games and be able to load the sounds into a sampler or DAW to remix into music, or use the switch hits as drum samples, and make songs. I found instructions to do this using M1 and M1 bridge, but it only seems to work with a small list of game ROMs. I'm not sure if there's a way to edit/update that list so that other ROMs can be opened. I followed instructions elsewhere to try to open the individual sounds within PinMAME but I haven't been able to get those instructions to work. I've read your instructions from page 1 of this thread about recording sounds using wavpad sound editor, but I'm not sure how you're playing the individual sounds from the ROMs. I see that other people are asking about the same thing. I'm not the most computer savvy person in the world, so any clear instructions would be really helpful. Maybe those of us who are interested could start collectively building a comprehensive archive of pin sound samples for each game? I would like to contribute if I could get some help connecting the dots on the process.

Thanks very much and I look forward to your reply,

Brian

Perhaps if M1/M1 bridge seems to work, you could give some instructions on how to edit the xml file which i think is the list of game ROMs that can be opened by M1 so that sounds can be recorded? I have viewed the list in notepad but I don't know anything about coding so i'm totally at a loss as to how to update the list so that M1 will recognize and open more pinball ROMs. But if it is as easy as editing the list to include more games, maybe we could all help update and edit the list so that a wide range of sounds and samples could be opened and accessed by anyone who is interested? I also don't konw if there's something that needs to be done to instruct M1/Bridge to open an updated/changed xml game list, but I imagine that either has to be changed in settings somehow or also programmed... this is the stuff that's totally over my head.
