Actually I can't guarantee that older themes will be compatible out of the box. That is my choice. There may be some way to convert but we are "Evolving" and moving forward with bigger and better.

Perhaps one solution would be to allow users to continue to use the older GameEx (current version, etc) so they can use this and other themes, and if they choose to do so they can upgrade to the "Evolution" version knowing that old themes won't work. I've not seen anything to suggest an upgrade is mandatory, so perhaps having continued support for the relegated version would solve the problem.

No worries, although i have never released any to the public (i have issues), i have much experience with themes, and i am sure once the new GE arrives people will do all they can to assist previous theme makers to convert i know for sure i want to dig in to that aspect straight off! and i'll lend a hand, or maybe even make some guides along the way. Who knows. I think i speak for most people when i say WE WANT EVO! <-see, it works

I sure hope it supports Windows 8.1, multiple monitors (1-4 displays) and touch screens!!

Please support .mp4s for theme creation. I'm going to blow my current theme of the handles if that is added and I won't need to go back to current themes
