pinballx loading screen

Instead of a black loading screen that says loading, Can I have the playfield image that was on the screen stay there and overlay the loading on top? Only thing I dont like about pinball x. Great front end, thanks Tom

I just re-read your post - you are looking for a change in the launch table behavior - Hyperpin style :-)

I though you simply wanted to replace the loading screen with another image, which you can do

I just found this post and was looking for way to do the same. It would be great to have the playfield image that was on in the PBX menu stay on, while that table is loading.

Is there a way to do this?

Has anyone tried creating a replacement loading image, say one that is all black in .png format and set at 20-30% opacity? If that works, it should give the impression of the screen dimming.

EDIT: Tested. Failed. Shows up as solid black. Looks like this would have to be submitted as a feature request.
