I remember having to hold the joystick diagonally to play this on the Atari 2600. In this case, I had to awkwardly stand sideways to play it on my cab.

I recall not having any problems playing this as a kid on the 'ol Atari, but 21st century had a heck of a time playing this.  Same with Zaxxon, any of those 3D Isometric games just confuse my hands now.
